Directions of use:
** Our shampoo is paraben and silicon free. thus, you may feel it is a bit drier other shampoo.

** Tips: Wash your hair on alternative days only (3-4 times a week).

** Our scalp needs natural oils to maintain healthy condition of the hair. Hence, it is important to not wash your hair too frequently.

1. Wet your hair and apply 2-3 pumps on your palm. Gently massage the shampoo onto your scalp using only your fingertips.
2. Apply a little more water on the scalp and put more shampoo (this will help to create bubbles and minimize shampoo usage).
3. Leave it for 1-2 minutes to allow ingredients to be absorbed well.
4. Begin to apply the conditioner starting from ONLY the midpoint of your hair, down till the end. Do not let the conditioner touch ur scalp.
5. Stand back and be amazed!

INTENSIVE HAIR TONIC

Sugardoll intensive Hair Tonic will be the solution to all your hair-related problems such as hair loss, hair fall and itchy scalp. With ginseng extract , anagain , D-pathenol tonic.

1. Use tonic after shampoo with damp hair.
2. Spray at the problem area first or divide your hair to 4-6 sections and spray at the scalp only and massage to the whole head.
3.  Spray 1-2 inch away from your head (refer to the video).
4. If you have bold spots, u can spray to at the bold area everyday for faster results.

HAIR & SKIN VITAMINS

Sugardoll hair and skin vitamins give you the all-in-one solution. They contain enough nutrients needed for a healthy body, leading to a healthy skin & hair. Biotin and multivitamin included will definitely let you witness the changes in your body and the growth of your healthier hair.

 Proper dosage of Hair & Skin vitamins:

1. Take 2 vitamins in a day, 1 in the morning and another at night .(Alternatively, you may take 2 at one go at any time of the day, preferably morning.)
2. For maximum effects, suck on the mint till it dissolves, do not bite or swallow it straight. 
3. For better absorption, you may, place it under your tounge and suck till it dissolves.

Tips & Tricks:

1. For maximum results, drink at least 2L of water a day, this will facilitate absorption.
2. Drink a glass of warm water upon waking up and follow through by taking your Sugardoll vitamins.
3. Adding a slice of lemon into normal plain water will help to boost the effectiveness of the vitamins as well.

Frizz Me Not

A weightless leave in treatment hair serum infused with 9 different oils to smooth and fortify hair fibers and improve manageability.

 This unique versatile formula helps to smooth split ends and helps restore vitality to damaged hair.

 Directions to use:

1. Apply Frizz Me Hair serum to freshly washed hair and before any styling products are used.
2. Once dried you can apply a small amount through dry hair and ends to further smooth the hair and remove any fly always.

Vitamins 💊 - Take 2 tablets a day. 1 in the morning & 1 at night before bed. If you miss taking it in the morning, you may take 2 tablets at one go at any time of the day but always remember take them atleast 30 mins before food for full absorption, or 2 hrs aft food. Place under tounge till dissolve for better absorption into the bloodstream. But you may also quickly chew or swallow them if you don't fancy the taste. If there's other supplements that you need to consume, do leave at least 1 hour gap time.

Tonic 💦 - it's for SCALP application only & meant to last for a mth of usage, to finish together with your mthly Vitamins. Spray 3-4 times onto the scalp and massage it in focusing more on the balding areas. Use only a few times a week. Best to use it after 🛀 as the pores on our scalp are opened to absorb the tonic readily. So even if you wash ur hair everyday do still use the Tonic only a few times a week.

Shampoo 🙆 - this is a detox shampoo that helps to deep cleanse the scalp. Use it on alternate days or once a week as a treatment shampoo. Do note that the shampoo may feel drier than other shampoos as it does not contain silicone & paraben (😍👍) & the best hair tip ever is washing our hair on alternate days. Washing everyday actually removes the natural oils, or sebum, it can lead to dry, brittle locks & hindering hair growth. If we reduce the amount of times we wash our hair each week,
over time we should actually find that it needs to be cleaned less regularly. For Shampoo, remember to only shampoo the scalp, not the whole hair. Shampoo will clean the rest of the hair when ure rinsing it off.

Conditioner 💆- as it is concentrated/thick in texture, you may experience difficulties pumping it out at times. Just pour some water in, shake the bottle and that should do the trick! Apply conditioner starting from the hair ends to the length below your👂Do not let the Conditioner touch the scalp it could result to blocked pores. Then leave Conditioner on for 2-3 mins before rinsing off with cold water.

Hair Serum ✨ - Only get 1 to 2 pumps onto your palm, rub your hands together to warm the serum and apply it onto the dry ends of the hair to smoothen them and add an extra shine. You can apply in on damp or dry hair, or throughout the day to tame the flyaways. It's up to you how often you want to apply it. Formulated with 9 different oils yet formula is light, non sticky and non oily. Apply it before going to bed tonight, and wake up to a super smooth, soft, vanilla scented hair 😍
